found this just off a normal SHAQ rodos, sorry, still no 90% ability 3 fail yet but I wonder why its so expensive, 20% cast time reduction seems kinda eh compared to damage latent rods

Not sure if this is an accomplishment but failed 90% 4 times in a row on every final stage of weapons I affix. It hurts.

If it's a weapon that I'll never use then I get the strongest ones.... Now if it would be weapons that I really need they rarely drop XD.
