With Shoot IV and the soul that translates to something like Minimizer... (it's the NUTS! for guns)

18% Wind, nice and ready for the next floating islands area.

How much is this worth?

A lot. that's a pretty goddamn good launcher.

shoot iv and mizer soul, nice, wind element not so handy right now, have to wait for the new levels to be implemented to increase value for that,

but 1.2 - 2.4mil if you want a quick sale and get ahead before people churn out more and start cutting your price,

4 - 8mil if you want it to sit in the AH and keep prices up like a decent citezen

closest comparison currently on ship 2 now is about 2.2 mil, with shoot 3 mizer and +7

realy depends on how you want to go about your business.

2.5 .mil would be reasonable price that sell. Can go up to 3 mil but more tha n that prolly not gonna sell

He simply just guess it. because if you look at the soul ability chart, there is only 3 possibility to combine.
Either
+ 30 main status, + 20 HP
or
+ 30 main status, + 3 PP.
or
+ 30 main status, + 10 HP, + 2 PP.
