Rediculous Noob Question.

Been playing this game for 4 years now and i just got an "Element boost" Can someone tell me what it does? i have 3.

Element Boost increases your weapon's element level by 1.

For example, you have a saber with Heat Lv1. Once you equip Element Boost, your saber's Heat element increases from Lv1 to Lv2. The maximum level for any element on a weapon is Lv5. However, you can't equip more than 1 Element Boost (even the item description says it can't be stacked).

Most players I've played PSZ with utilizes Element Boost with Celeb weapons lv1-4 for 10% more damage.

Could also be worth mentioning that if a weapon lets say a Double Saber have Celeb 3, it will be as if it had Celeb 4 even though Double Sabers only go to level 3 elements. Same goes for any other weapon type that caps at either 3 or 4, it will go one step above that. However it will not go over the maximum element level which is 5, so using Element Boost with a level 5 element weapon is a waste.

Really quick, do tech level up apply to hunters when there tech cap level is 10?

Yes(if i'm correct),The tech level boost will boost the level of all your techs by 1 unless it is lv15. So it should go up to 11

Nay, you will not get level 11 techs with a Hunter and Ranger with Tech Level Boost. I went ahead and looked up "Tech Level Boost" in the PSZ portion of PSO-World and found at least three threads where a poster or two say Tech Level Boost will not work if you're at your cap with your techs. That also means no level 16 techs with Forces.
