That CN-USA place works decently. They dont have anything lower than 5000web points though which makes them have to get some info from you, nothing too insane though. Takes about a day to get the charge to access.

Yeah just noticed that. It looks like you can pre-order them though, and they send them out in 24 hours.
So basically if I buy some webmoney credit from cn-usa, I don't need to sent them a scanned ID card and I just need to put the code directly on the pso2 page without making a webmoney account. Is that right?
I personally don't see the fuss about the scanned ID. I ordered from SuToCorp, they responded in minutes saying they needed an ID. I scanned my drivers license and blacked out EVERYTHING minus my name/address (which they have anyway) and got my WebMoney in 10 minutes or so. I'd never send them an uncensored ID, but its to ensure on their end there's no fraud. All they saw from me was my name/address on.a document (even took out the words drivers licence) and they accepted it.
