I used 2 and got 2 blue circle looking things but can't tell what if anything I actually got.

they're in the last tab of your item sorting, they have a circle with a dot in the middle for their icon I believe.

They did away with digrinders and S Grinder +5 and stuff
Now, rares just take multiple grinders per attempt
