Patch DL Times Out Constantly--Alternatives?

Hi all,

I need a little help: a friend of mine is having an extremely difficult time patching the game (times out around the 70% mark constantly) so I was wondering if anyone knew of an alternate site from which to download them?

(I'm guessing no such thing exists, but you never know.)

I don't, but I do know it doesn't delete progress - or didn't when I kept failing. Just keep restarting it, it should finish. The bar may not look like it's saving progress, but when I was having issues with having to restart every few minutes it eventually finished and started installing with only 60% on the bar.
