It's sad if really less people will participate because of the no bikini rule, however, like that more space it made for the people, that put more effort and thought into the looks of their characters and outfits.

Perhaps, but a lot of people actually take pride in customizing their character beyond just their clothes and color schemes. If anything, this will weed out the "biggest boobs/least clothes = insta-win" entries. c:

Bikinis not really fashion anyways really, no matter how many accessories you have.
(unless you put the undergarments underneath the bikini, but that looks dumb xD)
