Crash after beating tutorial and loading map after "level clear" ship

Ok so after I beat the tutorial and go into this portal:

It crashes at the loading screen and gives me this error:

I have my drivers updated, shaders on "simple" mode, and I turned the graphic slider down to 1. I don't know what is going on, please help?


Spec:
AMD Phenom II X4 955
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 SE card

I doubt it has anything to do with it, but have you tried playing it without the English patch?

Update on my problem: Ended up just doing a full reinstall (including English patch) and it worked. Been playing it for a few hours with no problems.
