Default 特殊能力追加(PP) aka Sprit Boost: How does this work?

Does it add directly to the target item permanently, temportarly, or is their a success rate involve with it?

I'm trying to potentially get +140 PP using units and abilities. They would allow me to use Speed Rain 4 times, along with others like Sonic Arrow.

It works as if you're adding any other ability and it is permanent. You use it along with your sacrificial weapons to transfer spirita boost onto your weapon. It has a 100% transfer rate too as long as your not adding it as an extra slot. Of course, your other affixes still have their chances to fail in the adding process.

    It's permanent??
Meaning that once you've added it and if you try to do another synthesis it will stay on the weapon 100%?

It's not permanent. It acts like a lv1 affix so it's success rate starts from 100%, but you can lose it like any lv1 affix.

Ah, by permanent I meant that it stayed on like a normal affix. You can lose it though yeah.
