windows app error after launch

Hi, so i start PSO2 the launcher is fine, the client starts, i get past the sega and nividia logos and once at the cutscene i skip it and then i recieve a windows app error, Link to error: http://i.imgur.com/x9KaV.jpg if anyone can help much is apperciated cause im really hoping to play the game, thanks in advance

It hasn't helped me though, unfortunately. But hopefully you can find some answers Some common advice that I've noticed is to lower your graphics settings to 1/low, and turning on Simple Shaders. Here's a guide to changing your graphic settings via the launcher: [Via Bumped]
