Ah, so the original picture is literally the "humanoid" version of Falz (perhaps the possessed Gettemhart).

The 'real' Ruins (or whatever the psychotic Darker world is called) should play host to the 'real', 3-story-tall Falz.

Ooh, I didn't notice that until you (both) said that. He looks like some giant tentacle demon, when you pause/unpause a few times in succession for those seconds. Ho boy.
