I have not seen any drops from new PA's nor have I've seen any on the shops.
Have any of you had luck on fining them? If so, what's the name of the Sword PA that allowed you to surf?

Sword PAs aren't out yet. It seems that the rare monsters are the only things thus far to drop the "new" PAs, as well.
Apparently, the sword PAs are out...? Despite Bumped and other sources saying they're not, people have reported getting them. But, don't hold your breath, because the 'new' PAs are all extremely expensive, I'd wager.
