I can't open the game - noob question (?)

Hi there.

I'm having problems launching the game.
I already updated it correctly, and I can open the launcher.
But when I click the "game start" button nothing happens.
Absolutely nothing. (Edit: well, the launcher closes, that's all)

Side notes:
Already tried cheking the files, reinstalling (even on two different computers).
I don't have any permission issues.
I use windows XP with SP3.
Japanese language instaled.
No firewall, no antivirus. (well, turned it off to check this xD)
Oh, I also have my disks on NTFS, so no FAT32 issues.

Sorry if this post bothers anyone, because I've seen similar ones.
But I think it's a bit different, and I don't know what to do. :/

Well it's on the wrong section but that doesn't matter, helping you is what's important.
So let's see...
1) By absolutely nothing, you mean not even Gameguard opens?
2) Have you tried filechecking? Third button of the launcher

Sorry, I thought this was the right section.

1) No, not even Gameguard opens.
2) Yes, I've tried that three times and there wasn't any problem.

And I dont think I have any other program interfering with the game.

What's the client size/launcher version?

Launcher version is: 01.02.07

Current launcher version is 1.03.04
Do you have skype? I tried to upload my working .exe to mediafire because I thought that might be your issue, but mediafire is trolling me and doesn't let me upload.
