Question Blue screen BSOD when launching game.

Hello, hopefully someone can help me here.

I installed PSO2 on my Win764 PC and when i click start game, game guard loads and i get a blue screen that says:
    DUMP_WMiMMC.SYS

what i've done so far is add rights to all the files that have a lock icon, inside the game folder, this allowed me to update the game.
But there's one particular file at
    C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\GameGuard\
named: "npggNT.des" that i "unlock" and after launch the game but then it gives me blue screen and when i restart the computer it's locked again. :S
I also tried the bumped.org unlocker.. still blue screen

    I'm lost, any ideas?

    No antivirus or antivirus deactivated?
There must be something touching the game or GG which causes the crash...

Not sure, I never got Blue Screens... my computer froze straight to a force reboot -.-
    Any other weird programs running?
Since when you don't have an antivirus? Maybe it's a virus causing it.

You have to disable windows automatic reboot when an error occurs then you will see the blue screens (they are useful to identify problems).

I use ESET online scanner my PC is fine i'm positive i don't have a virus.

Maybe there's a step i'm missing, look i only registered an account, downloaded the launcher which downloaded the game that took forever.
Then installed and updated which also took forever, now i get blue screen when GG starts.

    Did i miss something?

try installing the game elsewhere besides C:\Program Files (x86)

    It's an Athlon x2 64 3800+ 2.2Ghz, 3.5Gb Ram, GeForce GT440, HDD samsung 320GB.

I don't have any other program running just PSO2, i've tried deleteing gameguard folder and it created itself when i launched the game but still gave me the same blue screen.
