Need assistance changing SEGA ID email

Well I keep getting an authentication code upon login of the game and then I get no email for the code to put in. I later do some googling to find out that maybe I have to change my email for the emails to come in. I get past the Japanese Captcha (thank god) but now I'm not sure if i'm even changing my email correctly since they updated the website for account management. So anybody wanna help me out or walk me through this?

EDIT: Nvm, I feel dumb. They added an extra security measure in the site so it was different from the tutorial that I saw
