PSO Screen Capture Problems, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I am trying to get shots from the game using the capture thing with the controller in port d and so forth, the question I have is how on God's green earth do you get the fricken things to open?!?!? I have tried every movie and image program I have and keep getting errors saying stuff like file not supported. What do you use to view them????

On your dreamcast broswer disk(2.0 or 2.6, preferably 2.0) go to http://pso.donut.dhs.org then attach the file and type your email address in and it will send it to your email in jpg format. just go on your pc and get the pic
