i know for amaduscia, you just go to the second area, and everysingle one of those floors drops and its an easy grind for exp. Can finish it in less than 10 mins and rinse and repeat..

but im curious whats the most efficient exp grind for the lilipa tunnels emergency?

For amaduscia, Most people seems to choose to stay in Area 1 to spawn Crys Drall and other rare boss.

If you're asking about the EQ from giga, it lasts 15 minutes. Other EQs last half and hour with Dark Falz Arms doing the same and Dark Falz Elder having its own time slot.
