The people taking those screenshots are viewing someone else that have it equipped. It shows their stats instead of the person who has it equipped.
The 700 requirement is no joke though, must have a pure Mag or some SP on a T-Atk in the tree to equip the thing.
If you inspect someone else's equipment, the window will show you your own stats as far as required values to equip items go.
On a side note, I'm thinking maybe we should just let Falz have the damn ship.

Perhaps after next or so update, Falz EM ceases to be so frequent (besides the removal of Falz event at 20:00) and maybe its hands become a field random boss.
