Of the few screenshots I've seen of a Psycho Wand sighting, it seems that all of them have Ability III. A default affix perhaps? Either way, can't really tell since there aren't many of these things to begin with.

FTFY, no need to thank me. Well, actually, I'm not that jelly; I want Elysion more than I want Psycho Wand. Still, when you look at the item records for Falz, you really realize what kind of ridiculous odds these people are rolling in their favor.

So that player can apparently equip a Psycho Wand without fullfilling the T-ATK requirement ?

All pictures I've seen of that weapon (with the stats) show people who don't have requirements or are not from the right class, etc...

I call hacks.
