Ship 2 is 'full'?

Well I mean:

- It's Ship 2 only.
- It's been happening before maintenance (and SEGA have addressed the issue), which SEGA could've fixed it at the maintenance if they had known about it.

I really doubt it's poor server stability.

Is it possible to make the ship full if there were enough people idling in their rooms? I've always wondered that since it's obvious that there aren't enough people roaming around in the blocks to make this happen.

I really doubt that's the case as it fills up to full in like a minute or so, then later on it will drop back down to normal...

The last time I saw the ship being in orange/red was in july, on official release and back then EVERY BLOCK WAS FULL.

I don't know, but I doubt it's actually full. The game booted me off and I was in the campship. I think it's probably someone outside the game doing less than awesome stuff to it. Maybe some jp players hating on the NA players? Good thing there's that awesome gameguard, right?

The idiotic cheaters have been finding new ways to annoy (like bypassing the 3 lines limit for chat), I wouldn't be surprised if both this and the error when going to block 20 is being caused by them, especially since this type of issues tend to happen when they're around in block 20. ._.
