Thats what I wanna know too! Why da <SQUEEEEE> is stuff so doggone expensive?!
Supply and demand.
Nobody MPA's in normal forest, so the supply of level 1-3 speed rain is low. The reasonably priced items are bought up quickly, the unreasonably priced items aren't.
Lots of people MPA in VH ruins, so the supply of level 10 speed rain is high.
So...unfortunately you'll have to tough it out and find it (like a lot of us did anyway).
Just finish up ur way to about lvl 15 and get the lvl 7+ speed rain for 1050 meseta...
1,050 for level 7-9 is expensive. Sure, why not.
