I really wanted to announce this early because it seems like a lot of people are stuck at work during these meet-ups. D: So I figured if I posted it early enough, people would have enough time to request a day off, or have someone pick up their hours for half a shift, etc. I'll keep bumping every few days if the thread gets buried so people don't forget!
