I've played quite a few, but my favorites to replay would be...
Phantasy Star series
Jet Set Radio
House of the Dead
Altered Beast
Shinobi

Phantasy Star of course
I absolutely love the Wonderboy series, Wonderboy III:the dragons trap in particular.
Adore the outrun series, Outrun 2 is just so awesome.
The old sonic games, with my fav being sonic 3 and knuckles
Streets of rage games, SoRII is so flipping great.
Valkyria Chronicles, the most underrated gameseries ever!
And of course Burning Rangers which deserves a reboot imo...

Well those where my fav...
I pick up House of the dead, panzer dragoon, Golden axe, afterburner, e-swat, psychic world, shinobi, the ninja, Shining force once and a while.
