Here's what I want to know: Will the same package for PS Vita include some sort of game cartridge? It's the only reason I'm importing it. Part of me thinks it's obvious, yet there's no mention of the actual cartridge in any of the descriptions. Only the bonuses. Were it not a free to download game I wouldn't question it...but...proof anyone?
Wouldn't you need a Japanese console though to access it or PC. Well PC im not sure of and theres a site called Play Asia that allows you to buy video game consoles from Japan, and it has the PSO2 premium package. Although I have a feeling that you still have to pay a monthly fee for premium, if im right or wrong I don't know
If it was like the previous physical release, yes, it'll come with a game card. Best of all, you can play the game on any account with the game card, provided you haven't already linked a PSN account to your Sega ID.
Don't those item codes expire after some time?
At least a year (artbook code for example), but I don't know for the new code.
