You can't login to the Vita version yet, but there are pictures in the screenshots thread off the box. It has a 1 gigabyte update once you start it though.

Maybe for you. At the time, whether it was JP PSN, other people downloading it as well or just my wireless being particularly terrible today it took me around an hour...
