Default Skill build: Looking for some constructive criticism

Ok I'm back with questions, now on the skill/character/class builds.

so I took a look at the simulators and considered my own lame playstyle and threw this together and now I want some criticism on how insane I really am here.

EDIT: Took closer look at details

So FO and HU would be my interchangeable subclasses and FI would be my main class
I'm leaning towards using FI/FO just because I am horrible with mates (can never pack enough...), and resta and anti are reusable w/o penalty...and I like techs in general.

I'm debating between TD and DS, because TD sounds like the evasion specialist class and I seriously need evasion. [and again, I'm good with ninja like characters, bad with tanks]

Again, I want criticism because I don't exactly understand what some skills do.

And a side Question: what's the fastest way to really lvl, because I've played for about 19 hrs and I'm only lvl 14 HU...

    Hunter:
Well leaving Iron Will at 6 is only 52% chance to survive. That's kind of a heavy investment into Warcry for just a coinflip revival.

Automate at 1 is just 20% to use a mate. That's completely unreliable. You'd do much better with either of these maxed, not both halfway.

Also you do not need Step Attack/Just Reversal on all your classes. You only need it once across main/sub class.

    Fighter:
The 1% crit rate you're getting from Brave/Wise is not helping. Even 20-25% when maxed isn't all that much of a boost, since that's strictly less than an increased 20-25% damage due to how crits work.

What is the 3SP in S-Atk Up 2 for? If you absolutely needed the extra S-Atk for something, the SP would be better spent in S-Atk Up 1.

20 S-Atk only when low on health is nothing. Are you checking what these skills do before you get them? The skill tree has a "Details" checkbox that will show you what each point in a skill will give you. Even when maxed, the Slayer skills aren't very good.

If you want more offensive power, take Chase Advance. If you affix a status effect on your weapon, or use techs, you can easily get that 40% bonus damage.

    Force:
You'll want Flame S Charge and Bolt PP Save maxed before the Tech Charge/JA Advances, but other than that it's a solid build for your purposes.
