"Japanese only" parties

who else likes to join Japanese Only passworded parties and pretend japanese the entire time, only to reveal that you're an american after the quest is completed?

it sounds weird, but it is sooo worth it to see their scrunched up, horrified little faces when they realize theyve been partying with gaijin scum.

I'm not gonna lie, I can understand why you'd want to do that... It does seem unreasonable at times that they do that. Of course at the same time, our more vocal minority (Hi block 20!) has quite the reputation for being obnoxious and ignorant. A lot of the time they just don't want to deal with any of it or have to worry about someone who doesn't know their language doing something stupid because they can't communicate what to do properly.

I do find it sad that "JP Only" parties are even a practice though.
