From what I've seen, Fen units usually take some time to sell. It will sell eventually, but be prepared to wait a little :P

Maybe its the quartz soul? from my experience people prefer vol for that hp, especially on a tanky unit. Id keep the price where it is though, for that afix you have 12.6 is a good asking price.
