    Unhappy after introduction movie then automatic close it self

    I wanted to play PSO2 on pc so i install it to desktop, after install and update complete then i launch, startup no problem but after the introduction movie then it close itself, can someone help????? wanted to play!!!!!

    this is my pc:

    Window 7
    4.00 GB RAM
    32 -bit OS
    Intel (R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz 2.93GHz

    and i already updated my direct-X
