PSO2 Tweaker - Various enhancements

Help please? Really wanna play. Been working on this for weeks now.

Trying to download latest tweaker version.
It download the updater with no problem, but when downloading updates it download at slowest speed possible, now i got it stuck at 8% twice.

Edit:
Download to 100% but gave me error.
Decide to delete tweaker and redownload everything, it work just fine now... thanks poorman internet.

Newest update (3.0.3.8 ) cause the tweaker to failed at downloading the item translation. The 'Item translation failed to download. Try to reboot PC or close PSO2' box appeared. Had tried both ways.

So yeah, my game settings won't save and my client literary is just black screen after the magatsu preview

(I've removed the english patch as well and still get same error)
Probably gonna redownload game from site tonight.

Force pso2 version, and i got this

Nothing's working. Before I downloaded all the files it doesn't show a black screen but I always get "disconnected from the server" after I login.

EDIT: I noticed that the message just pops out, but its actually downloading the files for the Item Translation and its working despite that message.

Getting error about OS when updating tweaker...

Looks like the new update cant run on x64 system.
