Just going to point this out, guys. The large files english patch hasn't been updated, yet. The main patch, however, has. Don't update the large files until Aida has given the green light, or you'll be stuck in an endless tunnel when you log in.

C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32
On 32-bit systems it should be the same except Program Files with no (x86).
This is the default location, are you sure where that's where PSO2 is? Without the win32 folder, you shouldn't even be able to play (JP or EN).

correction to my post above: after pso2.exe the gameguard.des is launched and then pso2.exe

Every time I search for the full location with the "data\win32" windows says that it doesnt exist :/
So I tried to make the folder by myself like Isley told me.
But this doesnt work either, just like I thought. :/

No it's fine. Did you do the pre-patch by chance? It's possible that you got caught in the launcher bug and had it deleted...Im sure i took the right location, but there isnt the "data\win32" in it.

My suggestion to you is... if the data folder is missing, you might just want to reinstall PSO2 altogether, or maybe create the data/win32 folder and have tweaker 'Check for missing Files' (Hit the top left Orb -> Troubleshooting: check for missing files or something like it).
How do I update the game with this? Do I click "check for PSO2 updates"? Just making sure so I don't ruin anything. XD
