That's Windows XP.
I don't think the problem lies there.
But... It is common for WinXP to have a lot of issues with .NET Framework apps.

OH yeah =_= forgot to include xp in my previous post my bad. But still... this problem is becoming really annoying.

I hope this is the right forum. I just downloaded the game and Tweaker but the character creation screen looks like this.

As you can see, there are no models but a hat? and goggles are visible but that is all.
Do you have any idea what is going on?
Hey so I tried fixing the Gameguard issues, yet nothing happened. Also tried analyzing for issues, fixed the PSO2 EXE like it suggested, yet still nothing. Also for some reason it keeps opening up an IE link to Gameguard, which tells me to uninstall and reinstall, but i don't really trust the link. So far, everything checks out when I troubleshoot for problems, but when I click "Run PSO2" nothing happens. Tweaker closes, I get a loading ring over my cursor, but nothing.

I had the same issue. I installed some Windows Updates afterwards, restarted my computer, loaded game from the official PSO2 launcher, Gameguard complained, showed an IE page again, showed some error stuff... I opened the PSO2 launcher again and had to close it down cause the game just magically opened.
I can't tell you what fixed it, just saying that's what I did and suddenly it worked. I was afraid to run tweaker for 2 days, but works fine with official launcher and tweaker no, no more Gameguard whining.
O.o ... Seems to me that there's definitelly something wrong there....
You shure the installation of the game went OK and complete?
Either some files are not OK, or your GPU is messing with you. Xp
