PSO2updater.exe Error

I get an error after updating my PSO2, I already used Rappy Perms, it says it changed permissions successfully but I'm still getting the PSO2updater.exe error, where can I download the file with fixed permissions?

Yeah it seems to loop around, I found a way out, when the message saying your updater has been updated. Quickly dont hit okay and add the permissions, then it will change all the other files but pso2.exe, change those files and run the pso2launcher.exe again, it shouldn't keep bugging you.
