Saw it today on Cable.
During the dev meeting, they mentioned players wanted to be able to create more characters. eg. 30
The devs actually read fashion magazines for costume ideas.
Women seem to dig the game for costumes.
They prolly gonna stick to just Japan only in the near future.

That's pretty interesting; I wish I could see the interview. Maybe they'll increase the character limit, and give us an extra slot or two... though the latter's unlikely.

I wonder if the last part has to do with the localizations being on hold, or just in terms of content appeal?

I heard an SEA version was also in development, but given the timing of the topic it could have just been a joke.
