    Default Sooo Pso2 will not work

    Can anyone help me I've re-downloaded pso2 6 times and have re patched but after all that. when i get to the game screen after luanching from the original newsboard all it does is give me a black screen without audio. Next it becomes impossible to exit out making ctrl alt delete the most logical answer but whenever i do that an error message in japaneses occurs. can somebody please help. Now i get an error np1002
