For all general purposes and for the sake of exterminating enemies in a timely manner and not pulling the MPA down, don't do it, that's how it is.

Best to stick to Hybrid Katana/Bow BrHu (which is the meta).

Yes, focus on s-atk affixes. For now, don't worry too much about it. Get a Hiei set and stack an s-atk soul such as Vol/Gwana/Quartz and Power 3 for 60 atk on each unit. At most this would cost you 600k(Probably shouldn't even take you half of this much but I'll exaggerate for the heck of it incase of really bad luck.)
Apprentice Soul offers 40 atk to each offensive stat, and Modulator offers 30 atk to each offensive stat. These affixes are endgame for the most part, so look into it when you're nearing the end of the SH difficulty and approaching XH.

Always prioritize percentage increases over atk ups unless we're talking like 200 for 5 SP like in the Force tree with t-atk high up.
Decent percentages with little inconvenience for conditions > High percentages with annoying to keep up conditions.
There are always exceptions to the rules, though. If you're not sure about a certain skill you can always just ask around.

Late reply, but thanks again for the help! I do have few more questions that's come to mind, and its regarding nox weapons from collection sheet. I assume these are pretty decent for the level I'll be around(50ish, almost got my 2nd char back on track). In terms of affixing these, should I go with bare min affixes, or should I be adding more than bare min? I'll assume bare min follows the usual soul/atk3/HP or PP, but not sure if this applies to weapons too, especially those such as nox. I'm afraid the cost will be quite scary with it being 12 star and me only having around 6mil Meseta.

Also, is it fine to stick with the wind element on them before I attribute grind?

NT Nox weapons are pretty good for a placeholder weapon at this point. Just stick with Soul + Power 3 for affixes, and keep the elemental attribute the same. What matters most is that you get the attribute to 50 as the element on a striking/ranged weapon give small gains for matching weaknesses compared to Force and Techer weapons, or if you play Bouncer with elemental stances. Also, getting the weapon to +30 doesn't seem costly with the Emperor Embrace affixes obtained from Emperor Rappy drops in the Wind and Rain EQ.
