Problem in importing Symbol arts

Hi guys, I'm having problem in importing symbols art. The sar files are in my import folder but in game, it only shows a black blank without any picture. I reformatting my computer recently, is it because I'm missing something else? Before i reformatted my computer, I was able to import SA normally.

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

The .sar files are in your '\Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\symbolarts\im port' folder?

And you're going to the last tab in the symbol arts menu, then selecting the one option in the window?

Yep, they are in the correct folder. the problem occurred after i reformat my computer
