PSO 2 startup issue

EDIT: Decided to reinstall the whole game, even though it takes me three days. I was hoping someone could have helped me figure this out. :|










Can any one tell me what this means, and what I can do to fix it?

edit: This came up after using the PSO2 Tweaker. I've tried repairing the files, but it just keeps on catching here, and will sit until I try to open the task manager to kill the program. Hitting ctrl+alt+del is what brings up the error message.
