What do you mean? You get a free spot for a new char no matter if you have a 2nd already. At least thats how i understood what SEGA said. o:

From what I understand it's just a character creation ticket, so once you make and delete it if you already have another character on the account I think it goes back to normal. I want to have all slots free on the particular account if it makes sense, since if I waited to delete the cast after the slot is used I'd have to delete the second character as well to redo him.

You misunderstand SEGA, you don't buy the slots, you buy the characters.
Once you delete a 2nd/3rd/4th/etc character you do not get a slot back, you have to buy again.
For example, you have a newman and buy a cast, later you delete the cast. Now you have only the newman left and if you want to do another char you have to buy it again. Only first character is always free.

I knew this. I think I got confused (and confused others) explaining on why I wanted to delete the cast. What I mean is I want to remake him or do whatever with him before we get the character creation ticket. If I waited until after, made another character (keeping the old one) and still wasn't pleased with the HUcast I couldn't do it again because I'd have the 2nd character I made move into the first slot, and I'd have to delete the 2nd character or just decide (I'm close to doing this anyway) to just scrap the HUcast for good.

I wouldn't mind buying the AC for a ticket if I had the extra money and if there were an easier way, but I'm trying to think of how I can get as much as I can out of the free character ticket without losing out on anything.
