A single 90% failure happens all the time. It's just every 90% failure are always something important.

How exactly do you get TechIV to 60% under normal circumstances? (+10 from boost week and +30 from booster, I presume).Those are all nothing compared to this one (Not mine)

Actually. Hmm. Think he might have used quartz soul to boost that tech IV, which would explain why Elder soul is only at 90%....
Either way....ouch.
Thats why with high risk affixing, its really the best to go 100% on everything. Trading a 90% for an additional 5 t-atk really isnt worth the risk.
