Fun Scratch Issue

I play the vita version only because my computer is having issues installing the game. So I'm stuck getting used to the game in full japanese text. I've been managing quite well except a few things. Today, I tried to use the fun scratch and it gave me three selections the bottom showing me random accessory items with the top having a finger pointing to the top of that menu and cant do anything with the list other then view it. The middle selection is greyed out. And, at the top it says 100fun (which I have 8000) and an error keeps popping up not allowing me to select the top selection from the fun cash menu. I have never had this issue before and I cleared space in my inventory. Why am I getting errors? I really want 目隠しショートヘア really bad and I don't think I can buy hairstyle cards from the player shop... because I tried every selection on that and they don't have the little usb symbol unless I do a view all.

you have to have place in storage, not inventory
