As this became a "I hate team X because Y" and not really about team mangement and control, gonna go ahead and lock this.
Though let it be clear for you OP that you oughta look into who is in what team and stuff before deciding on a team to join. Teams like Celestial for example have a visitor phase to decide if they are the team for you or not.
I'm very sure other teams have a similar method. Get to know the folks as you try out the team so you're not just soloing on a team as well.
