I think its crazy that they don't make it easier for foreigners to buy AC. They know we're playing their F2P game and could make so much money if they did. Dumb. Just plain stupid.
They really cant unless they allow foreign cards. As we already, they kinda dont foriegners and their cards, so our only means is through webmoney.

So, if I'm understanding this right. There is basically a 20-25% fee on buying Webmoney? That seems insanely high.
