Fahren Units, yes. And like how other users have pointed out, it shouldn't be to hard to get a good 12*/13* after some playtime either, my bad :P

I think those equally bad. But you can use rifle or launcher that Hu can equip, and in thus scenario HuRa can be beareable.

If it's just for leveling them Hu/Ra would be the better option. Hu/Su isn't going to kill stuff quickly and it's pretty much just meant for soloing without worrying about dying.

There is always red series, you can add classes during final stage of crafting.

There is also 12* Frozen Shooter フローズンシューター in Matterboard 3-8 node E-5

Bow is an option, yes. Use weak stance if you gonna bother with actually aiming. If not: average is the way.

Anything less than 100 atk isn't really well liked to see but that 60 atk is better than nothing.

60 ATK is passable, the PP and HP you have to decide for yourself - are you getting smooshed easily or running out of PP after too much Guren/not lasting long enough for Limit Break Photon Charge to kick in, etc?
