yes and invade katana doesnt even get stronger with the potential anyway

(note invade does have damage variance like blue weps and uncrafted red weps.. hopefully the class bonus and saiki set combined mitigate it a little)

Are Hunter PAs worth crafting?

I already know how good crafted Twister Fall is but I'm wondering about the other two, Cerberus Dance and Rising Flag. (At least, I think those are the craftable PAs for WL and partizan.)

Flict Magia
Noble Technique (just buy the noble boost)

Since there is that new 40% affix boost available, I would like to slowly build up to an affix like these on my units by making the individual fodders I'd need but admittedly don't know much about how to affix with modulator and flict.

Basically something similar to this (assuming you already have everything sans the noble stuff; otherwise, you just need to swap positions for some of the catalysts here and there)

Throw an extra apprentice if you don't mind the cost to increase mod success rate

Force mod+flict from 2s with 3x mod + 3x flict

someone might able to come with more cost-efficient route

Thank for you for the guidance. A shame they still seem to be a bit of a gamble even if I use a 40%. I'll look into maybe getting something cheaper or grinding out the meseta to just buy them off the market at 60 mil each .
