If I spam Zanverse as Te, do I get aggro myself or only people that actually do damage?
I went in to do the new eq as support te and had a lot of aggro for some reason.

Zanverse damage counts as your own damage, which will generate aggro for yourself. Depending on how many people are getting Zanverse, it's possible to pull aggro from other players.

Where to farm new stones beside EQ PD?

Caligula stones are exclusive to the PD EQ and title rewards for defeating PD (1 kill = 5 stones, 10 = 15, 30 = 30). Nero stones can be dropped by Dark Falz enemies besides Persona (Apprentice Doppelganger, Falz Hunar/Angel/Dourumble, and Dark Falz Elder/Loser/Double), and will be given out with the Christmas bingo (5 on front side, unknown number on reverse).

The message on my google wallet page says: "Your credit card ending in XXXX was declined. Please select a different payment method."

It's usually because you have no money in the bank. There's also another reason but that's for iOS.
