Putting Astral Soul

if you got a unit with a soul that isn't darkness can you still get the 60 percent for astral by just adding on 4 items each with soul catalyst and then the fifth has darkness soul?

huh now that you mention it, while I was running arks league earlier I noticed the sound from my k combat finish wasn't sync'ed with the animation, I wonder why?

A while ago I looked on bumped and it mentioned the ARKS Orders Rush rewards, an affix/grind boost week, rdr/exp/meseta boost, CQ 1/2 100% boost the week after affix boost and a 100% gathering/fishing fever occurrence week yet later.
I did a bit of gathering and fishing in the week before the affix boost, during and after and there was no fever. And today I did gathered on a character until he ran out of stamina and didn't get a fever.

So, what's up with that supposed 100% fever rate?
It obviously hasn't happened yet. Was it scrapped? I wasn't able to find that info again on bumped, was that info wrong in the first place? Is there any gathering boost coming up as ARKS Orders Rush reward at all? Is it 100% or less?

The Fever boost that occurred during the ARKS Orders Rush campaign was the boost that we earned, as far as I can tell.
