No there isn't, but it's honestly pretty easy to figure out if you've already gone through it once in the actual game. Just click each option and each menu looks the same.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it was an item code printed on a physical paper, given to people who attended the ARKS Festa this year. If that's the case, maybe someone might be selling it on japanese auction sites, but I don't expect prices to be worth it for a virtual T-shirt.
