What's the effect of the Sub Palette expansion AC ticket?
I bought and used it thinking I have 6 at once like for weapons, but I still got only 3.
I didn't check before, but now I have 6 "books" with 3 palettes each, which I need to switch in the main menu > customize section where I can set.
That's the effect and before I only had 1 book?

You start with 1 "book" you get a second from a CO, the rest are from AC. It's not really neccessary unless you play like every class combo, and even then it's just a convenience.

I believe the chat command to change sub palettes is /subpalette## With the #'s being replaces with te number of the one you want to use. You can set that up with a macro if you want.

Does anyone know if using a VPN can scramble the internet connection for people using the internet in my house?

When I tried using a VPN a while ago it connected me to the game flawlessly but my little brother told me that his connection wasn't working and I had to switch off the VPN.

This is probably a stupid question, but does Utterly Profound disappear from your quest list after the first run through intentionally, regardless of whether it's within the time frame of the EQ? Or is that a bug?

During one EQ instance, You can only run the 2nd phase of every Dark Falz fight once per character, yes.
