Has anyone seen a Code: Protect for a gunship change over to a Code: Destruction on an instance where it wasn't being attacked by darkers?

I can confirm that it could happen outside of City based EQ; for example, I was spamming Floating Continent Free Field when the gunship changed to an "Evil-Darker"one: that is, from Code: Protect -> Code: Destruction.

Is there a way to prevent pso2 closing everytime another program asks to run or tries to update. This happens alot to me and it's very annoying when I finally get a full TA party (like what just happened) and pso2 closes because it thinks I'm trying to hack it??

It asks "Do you want this unknown program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?"

I don't want to disable everything. Just certain programs I know I use alot and requires this.
